FCARC Ham Exam for 2022 will be:

January 29, March 26, June 4, July 23, September 17 at Maplewood Middle School, Menasha.
The November exam will be held at the FCARC Ham Fest in November.

Details for each exam session will be posted on this website two weeks before the exam date.

Ham Exams will be held during the FCARC Hamfest Sunday, November 7, 2021 at the Starlite Club, Hwy 55 and County JJ north of Kaukauna. Registration begins at 9 am.

Pre-registration is preferred but walk ins will be allowed. Those that pre-register will be tested first.

The 50/50 $1.00 raffle is back starting this September, but you must be present at the club meeting to win. This month we will raffle a MFJ 267 dry 1.5K dummy load.

The tradition continues! The Fox Cities Amateur Radio Club will be supporting the St. Joe's 5K Run/Walk again this year.
Volunteers are needed for Saturday, October 9th.

This is a new course but it's still 5 kilometers - so the event goes pretty fast. You'll be home for lunch.

Between 5am and 3pm on August 22nd the 146.760 repeater will be used by the Fond-Du-Lac ARES group to support the annual Race the Lake event.

The repeater committee would appreciate club members who aren't involved keep the repeater clear for their use during this time.

Between 8am and 12pm the 145.330MHz repeater will be used by operators supporting the Soleburner event.

We will lock the repeater’s transmitter in Analog mode until I can get back to the site after the FCARC’s corn roast in the afternoon.

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of the loss of Judy Kosiorek, WJ9K. Judy's warm heart and determined spirit blessed so many, including our club. We are better for her contributions to our ham family. She will be greatly missed.
