2 Meter Slow Scan TV Net - Monthly

Hams in range of Appleton, WI are invited to check into the Fox Cities Amateur Radio Club (FCARC) SSTV net. The purpose of this net is to help hams learn, experiment and use Slow Scan TV in the quiet and safety of 2 meters. This net meets at 6 pm on a designated Sunday each month. We use the W9ZL club repeater in FM mode at 146.76 MHz, with PL tone of 100.0 and negative offset. All SSTV transmissions use the 58 second Martin 2 mode.

This net typically meets on the second Sunday of each month at 6 pm. However, there is no net in February, and it is the third Sunday in March to make way for the WI QSO Party the week before. Your NCS for this semi-formal, directed net is Larry WA9TT.
