The Fox Cities Amateur Radio Club has started a 2015 fundraising of raising $500 to upgrade the 443.650 repeater to Yaesu System Fusion repeater. Yaesu is offering existing repeater owner the opportunity to purchase a new Yaesu DR-1 144/420 dual band C4FM/FM digital repeater of $500. The Yaesu DR-1 has a normal retail price of $1700.
