It’s been three months since the FCC application fee was implemented on April 19, 2022.
Here’s what we know so far…

The program for the July General Membership Meeting (7/18) is Go Boxes. Bring yours, or the pieces that you have, and share with the group. This includes Go Bags, Go Kits and the milk crate you lug stuff around in.
Note to self: Put antenna bag in car for next Monday.

CQ FIELD DAY, CQ FIELD

This sentence will be heard the fourth
weekend of the month of June. Yes ARRL’s
Field Day event will be this June 25th and 26th
that’s Saturday and Sunday. The Fox Cities
Amateur Radio Club will once again operate
Field Day at the Valley Aero Modelers airfield,
W5007 Quarry Road Appleton, which is just east of Mackville.
What is Field Day? Well taken from the ARRL’s website:

The FCARC site is at the Valley Aero Modelers Field W5007 Quarry Rd, Appleton, WI 54915 setup starts at 8AM, the event starts at Noon on the 25th and goes thru 1PM on the 26th, Come and enjoy the fun. Public is welcome

The 146.76 repeater will be used to support the High Cliff Triathlon on June 19th.

I ask club members who aren’t supporting the triathlon consider using the 145.330 repeater during the event.
